The interface of management and technology is the core of the TUM School of Management.

Executives, experienced managers, technical experts, business thought leaders or entrepreneurs - the three TUM School of Management Executive MBA part-time programmes help ambitious professionals to deepen their knowledge in future-oriented technology and to further develop their management skills. The three part-time programmes are modular and to cater the needs of working participants. The university's mission is to help students develop into highly effective, responsible and innovative leaders. The TUM School of Management educates the leaders of today and tomorrow.

Special features of the programme

Business management know-how is only one building block for being successful as a leader - leadership and communication skills are equally important. For this reason, the Executive MBA is not limited to the subject area of general management alone. After completing the six basic courses in general management, participants optimise their personal leadership skills in two leadership and personal development courses, which include media training and conflict management units. A course on International Management and Intercultural Cooperation rounds off the curriculum. In addition, participants choose an elective module from five focus areas. The close exchange during the modules enables very personal sparring, through which participants can broaden their horizons and develop further.

During your studies, you will benefit from a strong network of industry experts and acquire an in-depth understanding of corporate processes and functions. Additional offerings such as evening sessions with experienced leaders from different industry sectors broaden your horizons.

The individualised and practice-oriented approach of the Executive EMBA enables you to develop into a responsible leader.

Start of studies

You can start your studies either in April or in October.

Procedure of the admission process

The process consists of several application rounds, our Admission Manager will review all documents received before the next round begins.
