About the Hybrid, Part-Time MBA at WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management, KU

The new Hybrid, Part-Time MBA at the WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management is a program for Working Professionals who aim to address and master the key challenges of digitization, global competitiveness, growth strategies, and business resilience. This unique MBA program will equip managers and future business leaders with the essential skills for future success.

The program can be completed Part-Time (blended learning) in four semesters and 90 ECTS points, and participants will receive a university degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA). The language of instruction in this internationally oriented degree program is English. This program features two exclusive, in-person business immersions – one in the Silicon Valley (USA) and one in Germany – built around essential themes and challenges for today’s business, including innovation, digitalisation, and global competitiveness. In the Silicon Valley immersion, participants will visit five cutting edge companies of different sizes, industries and life-stages of digitalization, and learn from senior business executives of those organizations. This will be accompanied by lectures on how to successfully re-invent current business models, transform organizations through digitalization, and scale up innovations. In the Germany immersion, participants will experience the “living business lab” of cutting edge companies that have succeeded in achieving global expansion and growth, learn from senior business executives on how to grow globally and achieve long-term, sustainable competitiveness.

This Part-Time MBA program will enable students to accelerate their career, and open up a wide range of future career opportunities in management. With the degree, graduates will demonstrate improved ability to lead people and manage products and processes within your current organization, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives for your current organization. In addition, this degree can open up a variety of management and leadership positions in various industries and organizations.

This English-language MBA program is aimed at working professionals (senior or junior managers) and executives from all sectors and organizations as well as self-employed individuals and entrepreneurs. A previous degree in business administration is not required.
